The Ghana Science Association has announced the 2022 winners of the Young Scientist Challenge (YSC).
The editorial Board of the Everyday Science for Schools (ESS) Magazine received and assessed thirty-six (36) entries.
Following competitive assessment criteria, the Board selected the following as the YSC 2022 Award Winners for the respective categories:

The award winners will receive a Certificate of Recognition, Proposed Cash Prize and Copy of ESS Magazine.
The YSC 2022 Awards Ceremony shall be incorporated into the 33rd GSA Biennial Conference (to be hosted by the Accra Branch).
According to the organisers, “The awards shall be presented during the official opening ceremony of the conference. The date will be confirmed and communicated.”
All entries will be published in Volume 11 Number 2 of the ESS magazine.
“The award scheme will continue for the subsequent volume/edition of the Magazine, and we encourage all -both old and new authors/contributors to take note as we look forward to receiving more articles,” the organisers said.
