As part of a series of science videos, journalist Greg Foot gets a biopsy of his thigh to figure out what human flesh tastes like. He actually doesn’t eat his own flesh (because it is illegal) but based on analysis of its fibres and aromas, he reconstructs a legal version of what it would taste like.
